We’re all fragile, one way or the other.
We all have stories to tell.
Some skin can be shed,
Some lingers - persistent, stubborn.
But let me tell you,
of the pebble, and the stone.
Vivid soul, sifting sand,
Fluctuating my vision.
Hide and seek,
uncertainty prevail,
in the mirror facing my domain.
Stand before you crawl,
taking steps until you fall.
turn around, upside down,
left or right, or in the ground.
I have found the key,
Come reclaim your dignity.
Realise or flee,
Holding hands with mind debris,
Let it go, face the sky,
Wish for hope to never die.
Reach into the flesh,
See your choices as a portal to the mindful game.
Mortal flame,
Playing the mindful game.
Mortal flame,
Seize it, feel the pain.
Mortal flame,
Dismantle the pain inside.
Mortal flame,
Accept your flaws, stand with pride.
As you walk through the valleys of life,
picking up memories, feelings, friends and foes.
Who am I? Who I am.
The pebbles and the stones,
collect them, and die a mountain.
Realise or flee,
Holding hands with mind debris,
Let it go, face the sky,
Wish for hope to never die.
I have found the key,
Come reclaim your dignity.
Excavating thoughts, buried by time,
In the back of your mind.
Acknowledge, accept.
Dismantle the pain that is kept.
The Danish death/thrash/black metal band Muldjord was born back in 2003. It is basically a one-man project, and the band was
formed with the purpose of enabling the creator to unleash home-produced material to the outside world, thus creating some kind of distribution channel unlinked to any specific record label.
All instruments are performed by Lars Muldjord....more
