The Danish death/thrash/black metal band Muldjord was born back in 2003. It is basically a one-man project, and the band was
formed with the purpose of enabling the creator to unleash home-produced material to the outside world, thus creating some kind of distribution channel unlinked to any specific record label.

This is an assault on the listener all the way through. Prepare to be destroyed for 45 minutes. If that sounds good this one’s for you! It will keep you awake on a long drive that’s for damn sure. Metallurgical Fire

Along with Fen's Epoch, this was one of the very first digital albums I ever purchased, on a different (sadly now defunct) platform. Probably one of the first albums I ever purchased based on having heard an upload of it on YouTube, too. The band chose a story well-suited to black metal, and made one hell of a great album out of it. Jarak
